Earlier this month, my husband and I took a short trip to Carmel.
It is one of the most beautiful areas in the whole country.
We visited Point Lobos, which is spectacular!
Below is a picture of a very unusual plant with trumpet like blossoms that we saw in the Barynyard shopping center in Carmel. If anyone knows what the name of this plant is,
please comment to let me know.
Beautiful pictures, Jeanne! As for the plant, I want to say Trumpet vine, but not sure.
ReplyDeleteHi Judy,
ReplyDeleteIt really is a beautiful area. I was trumpet vine as well, but one that is on steroids!
It's a Brugmansia
ReplyDeleteThank you for reading my blog and letting me know the name of this exotic flower. I'm sure it would never grow in dry Paso Robles, where we get freezing temperatures in winter at times and triple digits in the summer.
